The Al Moosawi’s Family business was established in 1946 in a small shop selling import and export goods, like Charcoal from India, Tobacco from Oman and goods at Manama Souq in the Kingdom of Bahrain. It was an individual establishment owned by the Merchant Sayed Habib Sayed Ebrahim Al Moosawi. Afterwards the business was managed by his eldest son Sayed Mohammed S.Habib Al Moosawi who then established the  customs clearing and logistics company in 1960 along with three partners. “Al Fateh” was registered in the commercial record on 23rd April 1978 and then purchased solely by Sayed Mohammed Al Moosawi and the enterprise was turned into a single company owned by Mr. Sayed Mohammed Habib Al Moosawi. Mr. Sayed Mohammed Habib Al Moosawi headed the company as Chairman and his eldest son Mr. Jasim Mohammed Al Moosawi as CEO and partner. In later 2017, the company was restructured and formed again under Al Fateh holding Company with limited liability which included new divisions such as real estate, properties management, heavy transportation, equipment hiring, customs clearance,  commercial cleaning, import and export, manpower, forklift and crane rental.

The Police officer- Corporal Deputy, Manama Merchant Mr. Sayed Habib Son of Sayed Ebrahim Al Moosawi was born 1912. He was the father of the founder of Al Fateh. He started his career as Corporal Deputy Officer for the police force and then later transferred into the manager at the office of H.H. Shaikh Mubarak bin Hamed bin Isa bin Ali Al Khalifa. He was in sole charge of running his building at Manama Souq and other properties (real estate) in Manama area in year of 1946. After his success he started his own business as a Merchant at Manama Souq by running a small shop selling, import and export of charcoal, tobacco and glossary items. He was also in charge of the management of buildings as real estate manager for His Highness Sheikh Mubarak bin Hamad Al Khalifa – the brother of ruler of Bahrain in Manama market until 1977 when he passed away. Before his passing, he built a Private Majlis in Al Mukharaqa area where he held meetings and hosted people every Thursday night. Sayed Habib had a charismatic personality and was well respected by the local community. He was considered the problem solver for any conflicts in the market since he was a former man of law. He taught his eldest son Sayed Mohamed the rules and regulations of trade, the basics of business and fairness to all. These ideas form the foundation that his grandson Mr. Jasim Al Moosawi – CEO of Al Fateh Group, built his business upon.
